Tyndall Air Force Base is a US Air Force Base located 12 miles east of Panama City, Florida. Tyndall AFB is home to 325th Fighter Wing, 1st Air Force, 53rd Weapons Evaluation Group, and the 601st Air Operations Center. Tyndall may be best known for its F-22 Raptor training and maintenance units.
